A project of setting up a logistic zone opposite to Plovdiv Airport is about to start
Krumovo Industrial zone is a separated massif of about 85 dca (with the option to grow to 100 dca) agrarian land (fields of category four and five) owned by companies controlled by PT Holding AD. 
This massif gives the opportunity of combining (plotting out) and formation of one big site, or two-three independently separated sub-sites (allotted by type and volume of business), and depending on the needs and interest of potential users and owners.
This zone is located to the north of Krumovo Airport, 10 km away from the city of Plovdiv, and nearby Trakia Motorway (main line of communications for the Republic of Bulgaria connecting the capital city Sofia with the port of Burgas). It is situated in the immediate vicinity of the strategic transport corridors No 8 and No 10, just opposite Plovdiv Airport (mainly servicing cargo and tourist charter flights, and being the closest airport to the principal Bulgarian airport in Sofia city).
There are exist well developed and operating local road and railway lines of communications, as all the above factors determine the unique and attractive location of the project.
Its location fast beside Plovdiv Airport makes the zone an extremely important and strategic factor of no match.

PT Holding AD – major initiator of setting up new industrial zones in the city of Plovdiv
The North Industrial zone covering more than 230 dca along the road to Karlovo in the city of Plovdiv has been in fact created wholly with the support and partnership of PT Holding AD.
Entirely new infrastructure has been built, as well as plotting up, communications and everything else necessary for favourable development of businesses. There are already a large number of companies operating and developing in the area of production, services and trade. One can also find there the local representation offices of BMW, CITROEN and HONDA, as well as many different Bulgarian and international companies.

At an official ceremony the certificate of quality “Authentic Bulgaria”, evidencing the individuality and service at Trinity Sea Residence, was awarded. The independent brand for quality in tourism “Authentic Bulgaria” is given to small hotels, guest houses and restaurants, which meet certain standards.  Most significant are aspects such as hospitality, attention and individual service of guests, design and specific atmosphere, integration with local culture, history and way of life, supply of quality and region-specific meals and drinks. The new brand for quality in tourism is initiated by the US organization VEGA (Volunteers for Economic Growth Alliance), financed by the US Agency for International Development. The system has been developed by international consultants in the area of tourism as well.
“Authentic Bulgaria” brand gives a warranty to the visitors of Trinity Sea Residence Hotel that it has been independently assessed and actually offers the best in its class.

THE OFFICIAL PRESENTATION OF THE WORKS WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE MUSEUM AND GALLERY NIGHT (www.gallery-night.info) – SEPTEMBER 29, WITH THE SPECIAL PARTICIPATION OF JAZZMAN VASIL PETROV.
 At the same time we will present another project – 1 year Art Plus – within the space of our gallery, at ul. Zhelezarska 16, et. 2. The exhibition will put on display works of Bulgarian artists from  the hitherto existing plein-airs “Tsarevo’05” and “Pamporovo’06”, and works of the children from the School of fine arts, town of Targovishte: paintings, panneaux on silk, plastic works of paper, while their coevals of the Plovdiv Children’s School will demonstrate technique of drawing on textile.

ANNIVERSARY EXHIBITION

Children of all ages are our guests with paintings, panneaux on silk and plastic works of paper.
We welcome you as our guest at the opening of the exhibition On June 30 (Friday) at 5 p.m. in Plovdiv, ul. Zhelezarska 16.
Art Plus Ltd is the most recently established company of PT-Holding Plc,  which begins its activities with a plein-air in painting in Tsarevo in the period September 1-10, 2005. The invited artists, all distinguished names in Fine arts, put on their first touch in the Company’s Art calendar.
Art Plus is a joint-stock company established to promote the Bulgarian fine and applied arts by finding the shortest way between the artists and their fans.
Works of 10 participants in the plein-air were displayed at an exhibition within the frame of Autumn Salon of Arts 2005 in Plovdiv, and particularly in the festive for the city “Museum and Gallery Night”.
Pamporovo 2006
 There was a collective exhibition of works of the participants in the `Pamporovo 2006` plein-air in the Art Plus gallery from May 17 to June 2.
We chose the winter season, without imposing a theme in the pictures created by the artists.The results make us contented. We have new adherents and friends, and also new splendid art pieces, inspired by the cosiness of the Rhodope Mountains.
 The art pieces created in the `Pamporovo 2006` plein-air were temporarily exposed at the time of the Art fair - `Impressia` from 5 to 11 June 2006 in Plovdiv. From June 5 to June 11 in the pavilion ¹2, Art Plus exposed the works of 20 artists.
