Zora-MD Plc, with registered seat at the city of Smolian. PT Holding Plc holds 49% of the capital of this company which is involved in tourism business and hotel management. Zora-MD Plc manages and runs Zora Hotel situated in the very center of Pamporovo Holiday Resort. The hotel facilities offers accommodation for a total of 130 guests in 3 Luxury Suits, 5 Small Suits, 34 Luxury Double Rooms and 12 Standard Rooms equipped with 3 beds each. Hotel facilities include: a la carte restaurant with 90 seats, tavern with 120 seats, lobby bar, guarded parking area, sauna, fitness gym, billiard room, gift and beauty shop.
M-Car Ltd., company is registered in the city of Plovdiv.
 PT Holding AD owns 50 % of its capital. M-Car Ltd is the authorized dealer of BMW and Mini for South East Bulgaria. This company’s activities generate new opportunities for further expansion of the overall investment objectives and projects of the Holding. M-Car Ltd manages the newly constructed BMW Exhibition Center at Karlovsko Shosse Blvd. in the city of Plovdiv. The Auto Car Center incorporates a show-room, car service station, storage facilities, administrative office and a self-service restaurant & cafe. The premises occupy a lot of 1 ha owned by the Company and have a constructed area of 2 000 sq. m.
CreaTour Ltd
- the company is registered in the town of Nessebar, Bulgaria. The company operates in the sector of tourism and hotel management. CreaTour Ltd. manages the Trinity Sea Residence Hotel with a total built up area of 787 sq. m. situated in the historic part of the town of Nessebar. The hotel avails of 12 double rooms and 3 suites, restaurant with 40 seats, spacious garden and lobby bar. The following services are available: guarded parking lots, cars for hire, sight seeing tours, information on timetables and tickets, arts and cultural events program, etc.

Trakiasped Ltd. is the owner of Selvi Konserv – Sevlievo.

InterZone Ltd.
– registered in the city of Plovdiv with a PT-Holding Plc participation stake of 50%. The company’s main line of activity is creation and development of industrial areas – building of infrastructure, plotting of site locations, ensuring the required legal status of the plots; design and engineering of industrial premises; construction, logistic support and management of the industrial areas with the purpose of optimal use of their potential. InterZone Ltd. Currently participates in the establishment of Rakovski Industrial Zone in the city of Plovdiv covering 81.5 ha with built infrastructure. It is also involved in the creation of the Plovdiv North Industrial Zone located at Karlovsko Shosse Blvd. And covering 23 ha with built communications, infrastructure and natural gas supply lines, constructed industrial halls for commercial and production use. The company maintains contacts with various Bulgarian and international companies who are developing their business in these industrial regions. There are plans to establish similar industrial zones almost all over the country.
InterZone Ltd. is currently developing projects for construction of business and trade centers. One such project is the creation of the newly constructed AKTIV Business Center in the City of Sofia. The Business Center’s total constructed area amounts to 13 000 sq. m. and comprise of two underground parking areas with 96 parking spaces, trade premises, conference rooms, a restaurant and 8 floors of office space. It is also involved in technology transfer and new materials application, engineering and investment activities in the field of mechanical engineering, production of special management systems.
Vento-96 Ltd.
- with registered seat in the city of Plovdiv. PT Holding AD holds a 96% stake in Vento-96 Ltd. The company operates in the sector of hotel and restaurant management.
Bansko Tour Ltd.
- a company based in the town of Svilengrad. PT Holding Plc has a 34% stake in the company. The main lines of Bansko Tour Ltd. activities are hotel management and tourism. At present the company manages Trinity Residence & SPA – a new investment project in Bansko, Bulgaria. The hotel premises are located close to the historic center of the town of Bansko and consist of a hotel building, sport & recreation center and residential building. The residential building has 41 apartments for sale, storage facilities and 22 parking spaces. All guests may use the services of a modern SPA Center (Turkish steam bath, Finnish sauna, Relax & Massage room, hydro massage tubes, relaxing therapy), as well as a ski wardrobe, fitness gym, indoor swimming pool and children’s swimming pool, restaurant with fully detached folk style tavern.
Zdravetz-2003 Ltd.
- registered in 1997 in the village of Galabovo with a PT-Holding Plc participation stake of 50%. The company is involved in tourism activities and hotel management. At present it carries out a project for construction of a new hotel complex in the northern part of the Central Rhodope Mountains at the grounds of Zdravetz Chalet close to Koprivkite area. The hotel complex will be built on a lot of 0.7 ha owned by the company and is planned to have a constructed area of 1 900 sq. m.
Art Plus Ltd.
Art Plus is a joint-stock shareholding company registered in the city of Plovdiv and established with the aim of promoting Bulgarian fine and applied arts by finding the shortest way from artists to their audience and patrons.
Art Plus will perform a wide range of activities, among them:
- consulting services for transactions in works of art
- design and creation of works of fine and applied arts
- art management
- aesthetization of interior and exterior spaces through the use of works of fine, applied and monumental arts.

The company’s fixed capital is 500 000 Bulgarian Levs. The company’s majority owner is PT-Holding Plc which holds 65% of its shares. AKTIV Properties /REIT/ intends to invest in investment real estate which can ensure immediate current profitability – office space, trade premises, industrial warehouses and storage facilities. As of this date, AKTIV Properties /REIT/ has a show-room at the newly constructed multifunctional building at 101, Tzarigradsko Shosse Boulevard in Sofia, Bulgaria – a real property which is let 100% under a business tenancy for a period of five years.
